TRANSPay® is a multi-mode freight payment and payment management system. When used in conjunction with RateServer®, TRANSPay® can load and store freight invoices, pre-audit and pre-approve freight invoices, age payments, apply general ledger coding to charges, and manage the invoiceless payment of freight (AutoPay). TRANSPay®'s flexibility allows the system administrator to set the desired level of freight payment management required of TRANSPay®.

Currently TRANSPay® manages freight payment for rail, truck, and LTL shipments. The ability to manage marine, pipeline, and air freight will be added by the Spring of 2000.

The use of TRANSPay® will:

         • Maximize float through improved control of a payment schedule
         • Improve payment activities by pre-auditing invoices per defined criteria and logic
         • Improve shipper negotiating position by being able to offer invoiceless payment of            freight (AutoPay)

Security is set per screen, to help you meet the toughest internal auditing requirements.

Check and general ledger information from A/P system can be passed back to TRANSPay®, keeping all payment information in one system.
