Detention Notification Service

The RAILTRAC.com Detention Notification Service provides the following functionality:

         • RAILTRAC administrator decides a consignee's appropriate hold time and            notification time
         • From RAILTRAC, a message regarding the overdue railcar is sent to            RAILTRAC.com
         • Consignees are notified via email
         • For more details, consignee can access RAILTRAC.com from the emaill
