functionality:
RAILTRAC administrator decides which consignees receive notification
From RAILTRAC,
these consignees' inbound shipment details are sent to RAILTRAC.com
Consignees
are notified with a shipment summary via email
For more
shipment details, consignee can acess RAILTRAC.com from the email

The RAILTRAC administrator designates the consignees who are to receive
ASNs
2.
RAILTRAC outbound and arrivals are sent to RAILTRAC.com, and a summary
is sent to consignees
3.
Consignees receive ASN via email
4. Consignee
can access RAILTRAC.com for additional information
